Done- just after 9.20. Just less than 3 hours. After awful rain on the final approach into the Lake District, it stopped as we set off. Really sorry but I’m too tired to write much, but although the top half was completely in the mist and it was blowing a hooley on the top but S we came down it started to clear.

Team was down to 5 by the top. Big respect to Steve who decided to turn back half way up as his knee was giving him all sorts of issues and he didn’t want to slow us down.

ETA Snowdon. 2.19am!
Fact: Wast Water, at the bottom of Scafell Pike is the deepest lake in England at almost 80 metres deep AND 15 metres of that is below sea-level!
Well done everyone you are all amazing. Sorry Steve didn't make it to the summit but he made the best decision. Onward and upward. 🙌🙌🙏🙏
You guys are amazing, keep up the good work, well done to each and everyone involved, including the drivers! Andrew G
